Email & Newsletter Privacy

Last updated: October 2, 2026. This notice adds to our Privacy Policy and covers our marketing emails only.

What we collect and why

If you sign up for our emails (through a form on our site or the checkbox at checkout), we use your email address, and your answer to “Where do you spend your weekends?” if you give one, to send you our newsletter, new designs and offers — usually one email a week. We do this because you agreed to it.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to contact@grindwellers.com. We act on unsubscribes right away, and always within 10 business days.

If you buy from us

We may also send you up to two follow-up emails about your order and our related products, for example asking how the fit is. Each one includes an unsubscribe link.

Who sends the emails

Our emails are sent with Klaviyo, Inc. (United States). Klaviyo stores data in the United States, participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and processes it under a data processing agreement that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our store runs on Shopify.

Open and click tracking

Our emails contain standard tracking links and a small image that tell us whether an email was opened or a link clicked. We use this to see which content is useful and to stop emailing people who no longer read our emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your email marketing data while you are subscribed, and delete it no later than 3 years after your last interaction with us.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@grindwellers.com. We reply within one month. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

We never sell or rent your email address.
