When will it get here?
Every tee is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer.
Printing takes 2–7 business days. After that:
- United States — 3–5 business days
- Canada — 5–10 business days
Door to door, that's roughly 5–12 days in the US and 7–17 days in Canada.
What does shipping cost?
$4.95 flat to the US, $8.59 flat to Canada — one charge, however many tees are in the box. Orders over $60 ship free.
Where does it ship from?
Printed and shipped by our production partner, from whichever of their facilities is closest to your address. US orders normally ship from within the US, and Canadian orders from within Canada.
Which size do I take?
Measurements are on every product page, and there's a full chart on the size guide.
Short version: the unisex tees (Comfort Colors 1717) are a garment-dyed heavyweight with a relaxed cut — true to size, roomy through the body and a little shorter than a standard tee. The women's tees (Bella+Canvas 6400) are a relaxed women's fit, closer through the shoulder.
Between two sizes and you want room? Take the bigger one.
What is it printed on?
Unisex tees are Comfort Colors 1717 — 100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz, garment-dyed and pre-shrunk, with a twill-taped neck and shoulders. Women's tees are Bella+Canvas 6400. Full material breakdown is on each product page.
Why isn't the colour exactly the same as the photo?
Garment dyeing is what gives these tees their soft, lived-in colour, and it also means no two batches come out identical. Small variation between shirts is normal and part of how the fabric is made — not a fault.
How do I keep the print from wearing out?
Wash inside out, cold, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang it. Don't iron the print. That's it.
Can I return it?
Because each tee is made for your order, we can't take returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. That's why the measurements are on every page — worth thirty seconds before you order.
If it turns up damaged, defective or not what you ordered, send a photo to contact@grindwellers.com within 30 days. Free reprint or full refund, your choice, no cost to you.
My package hasn't arrived.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you get the email. If it's past the estimated delivery date, write to us and we'll chase it.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not yet. If you're somewhere else and want one, email us — we're keeping a list.

A one-person company based in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, in the French Alps. Every design starts from something that actually happens up there.
