1. SCOPE
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on 
grindwellers.com. By placing an order, you agree to these 
Terms of Sale in full.

2. PRODUCTS
All products sold on grindwellers.com are made to order. 
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors 
may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. PRICING
All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of taxes 
and shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price 
applicable to your order is the price displayed at the 
time of purchase.

4. ORDER PROCESS
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Grin Dwellers 
reserves the right to accept or decline any order. 
Acceptance is confirmed by our order confirmation email.
Once confirmed, orders enter production quickly and cannot usually be changed or cancelled. If you need to cancel, email contact@grindwellers.com immediately and we will cancel the order if production has not yet started.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all 
major credit cards and payment methods available at 
checkout, processed securely via Shopify Payments.

6. SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful from their 
nearest fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times and 
shipping rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to contact@grindwellers.com before the 14 days expire. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof of having sent them.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

8. LEGAL WARRANTIES — EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
EU customers benefit from the following legal warranties:
- Legal warranty of conformity (2 years from delivery) 
  in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771
- Legal warranty against hidden defects under applicable 
  national law

9. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, 
available on this website.

10. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute 
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 
competent courts of Paris, France.
