PROCESSING TIME
All our products are made to order. Once your order is placed,
please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

SHIPPING RATES
- United States: $4.95 flat rate — free shipping on additional items
- Canada: $8.59 flat rate — free shipping on additional items
- Orders over $60 ship free to the United States and Canada

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES — CANADA
Most Canadian orders are printed and shipped from our production partner's facility in Ontario and arrive with nothing extra to pay.
If the colour or size you ordered isn't available there, your order ships from the United States instead. When that happens, Canadian customs may charge GST/HST on delivery and the carrier may add its own handling fee. Duties don't normally apply to orders under CAD $150.
These charges are set by Canadian customs and the carrier, not by us, and we can't refund them.

DELIVERY TIMES
After production, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–17 business days

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner
Printful, from their nearest fulfillment center to your address.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by
email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect
address provided by the customer. Reshipment will be charged
at full shipping cost.
